Luxury at its finest! From the moment I arrived, I felt like a celebrity. the room was spacious, elegant, and well, appointed with exclusive amenities. the continental breakfast was a treat, with a mouthwatering selection of dishes and an espresso machine. the lobby bar was a cozy spot to relax and unwind after sightseeing. the sauna, Jacuzzi, and Turkish bath were a great way to recharge. the massage treatment was perfect after a day walking around the city.

The bar prices, a bit expensive, but I suppose that's to be expected in such a prestigious hotel.

The breakfast terrace on the 7th floor offered stunning views of Venice and was a treat. The Palazzo rooms were luxurious with silk wall hangings and marble bathrooms. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The location was great and the hotel even had a free shuttle boat to a sister hotel across the water. The meals at the restaurant sitting right on the water's edge were magical. a wonderful stay with wonderful staff.

I celebrated my wedding anniversary at Bauer Il Palazzo and I was kinda surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a fine suite with a direct view of the canal. The terrace breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect. I recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, offering beautiful views and close proximity to popular attractions. It was really convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide range of options to choose from. It was a great way to start the day and fuel up for exploring.

The room we were given did not meet our expectations. It was small and had a musty smell.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, just a minute away from San Marco and with beautiful views of the Canal Grande. The Palazzo room we stayed in had stunning frescoed high ceilings and the breakfast terrace and bar provided fantastic views. The standout feature, however, was the staff who were consistently excellent - friendly, professional, and efficient. They truly made our stay memorable.

A perfect romantic getaway! From the moment I arrived at Bauer Il Palazzo, I was greeted with warmth and luxury. The suite I stayed in had a beautiful balcony overlooking the canal, and the decor exuded elegance and romance. The staff were really good too make my stay special, even surprising me with a bottle of champagne for my birthday. Every detail was taken care of, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. I highly recommend Bauer Il Palazzo for a lovely experience.

Authentic Venetian decor, friendly staff, great location near St Mark's Square, and tasty breakfast with elegant presentation. Rooms offer comfortable beds, ample wardrobe space, and some have fantastic canal views.

We loved the hotel's excellent view of three islands from its location right on the Grand Canal. The breakfast was really good with a good selection of food and we found the staff to be quite friendly. we found that the hotel's cleanliness was superb.

Nothing it is perfect.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to St Mark's square and the main activities around. You can easily get there by waterbus from the railway station, making it convenient for families. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff provides excellent service, being friendly, professional, and helpful. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace offers incredible views, and there are facilities like a bar and a rooftop terrace to enjoy.

One negative aspect is that the wifi signal in some rooms might be weak.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the main tourist area, with a Gondola stop right outside the front doors.

The views from the hotel were amazing, overlooking a charming canal and a beautiful church. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with it being just a short stroll away from the main attractions of the city.

The room we were given was a major disappointment. It was small and had no natural light, making it feel cramped and gloomy.

Located in a landmark palace, our stay was authentic Venetian. The room was grand, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom that was kept clean. Breakfast was full of fresh options and served in a room with stunning views. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, with main activities of the city close by, as well as the option to take a trip to Murano to watch free glass blowing demonstrations.

The staff seemed to lack attention to detail, which could make the stay more enjoyable if improved.
